At Reset Life Coaching & Counselling Services, the initial assessment and consultation provides an opportunity for us to connect, explore what has brought you here and understand what you would like support with. Whether you are considering individual counselling, professional supervision or exploring other forms of personal or professional development, this is a space to talk things through without pressure or expectation. Together, we can: - Explore your current circumstances, needs and expectations. - Discuss what you would like to gain from working together. - Consider the most appropriate type of support. - Explore practical arrangements, availability and next steps. - Establish whether we feel working together would be a good fit.
